The Silver Story
The purpose of this site is to bring into mind the benefits that silver holds in modern day society. Silver has played a role within mankind for the last 6,000 years. Silver has always been cherished for its specific properties throughout time. Silver’s properties include: the best conductor of electricity, the best conductor of heat, the best reflective quality, the best antibacterial known, it is non-corrosive, it is very malleable.
The problem with this picture is silver’s present day price. In today’s dollars, silver’s historic average price works out to $400 an ounce and today it trades at around $11 an ounce. The historic gold silver ratio has been 16 to 1 and today it sits around 55 to 1.
For the last 60 years there appears to be forces at work which manipulate the price of silver on our financial markets. The purpose of this website is to paint the complete picture of silver and in so doing to show not only a great investment opportunity but to also put silver where it rightly belongs, as bar none “The Greatest Mineral Known To Mankind”
